01 – Travel Management Only
FOR CLIENTS WHO NEED A LICENSED TRAVEL PARTNER, BUT ALREADY HAVE A PLANNER.
We’re a licensed travel agency (registered in both Canada and the U.S.), and we’ll manage your full guest travel experience — from hotel sourcing and room blocks to airport transfers and those inevitable “my aunt missed her flight” moments.
Includes:
→ Destination research + hotel sourcing
→ Group contract negotiation + room block management
→ Guest booking assistance + on-call support
→ Transportation, itineraries, and more
This is our foundational offer, and is required for all events we’re involved in.
02 – Travel Management + Event Strategy Consults
FOR CLIENTS WHO DON’T NEED A FULL PLANNER, BUT WANT REAL ADVICE BEFORE MAKING BIG DECISIONS.
We’ll handle all guest travel logistics (same as Offer 1), and you can book a 1:1 consultation to get strategic input on the event side.
How it works:
→ Choose a 30, 60, or 90-minute session
→ Submit your questions in advance
→ We meet virtually to walk through strategy, red flags, and next steps
You’ll get:
→ Full travel planning + hotel contract management
→ Strategic event advice from a team that’s done this a thousand times

You’re still running the show. We’re here to make sure you’re not walking into it blind.
03 – Full Event Planning + Travel
FOR CLIENTS WHO WANT US INVOLVED FROM START TO FINISH.
We’ll design, plan, and manage your entire event, while also taking care of all travel and guest logistics. No need to coordinate separate vendors or worry about details slipping through the cracks.
Includes everything in Travel Management, plus:
→ Event design, vendor sourcing + budget oversight
→ Contract negotiation for all event vendors
→ Planning meetings + access to your digital planning hub
→ Styling, timeline management + day-of execution with our team
Every event is custom-scoped. We only take on a limited number of these each year, so we can stay hands-on.
